NECS welcomes two new Community Board members

What do Banking executive and a retired Sales executive have in common?

They are the newest Community Board members of The New England Classical Singers.

Dave Williams and Eric Heath, prominent North Shore residents, have joined the NECS Board of Directors.

Williams, a resident of North Andover, is a retired Vice President of Sales for MACOM. Dave was an NECS fan before he joined Board. “I really enjoy NECS concerts, and am excited to contribute to the operation of the chorus. There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes to enable the music to be presented”.

Eric Heath is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at East Boston Savings Bank, and a resident of Melrose. Eric is a past Board member of the Melrose High School Band Parents Association, and is an active member in the governance of Old South Methodist Church in Reading MA.

Williams and Heath join continuing Community Board Member Cliff Bourie, an Educator in the Andover Public School system. Bourie is a resident of North Andover, and has been on the NECS Board for three years.

“Community Board members provide invaluable perspective, fresh ideas, and community connections to the chorus. We are very lucky to have Cliff, Dave, and Eric as active Board members and advisors” said Chris Barker, NECS President. “We welcome them to the Board!”
